ELDER'S VOICE BY RICHARD BARR

There is just one thing.
Eternal consciousness.
It has no beginning and no end. It just is.
A question formed in this consciousness: Who am I?
Our universe and every potential event and substance in it are the temporal manifestation of that question. Within the context of time and space, the question changes: Who am I here and now?
Space is an answer to that question: I am vast potential. Each energetic particle is an answer, expressed as its unique qualities and frequencies. Everything which exists, has existed, or will exist is its own answer.
All living things are sparks of that eternal consciousness. We are all an expression of unique potentiality born into unique opportunities and constraints in the here and now. A one of a kind intersection of DNA and ‘What If,’ asking the question: “Who am I now?”
It was explained to me that our life is a series of doors. Our only purpose is to open as many doors as possible. Enter one door, and more doors appear. Each door gives us another situation, another opportunity to discover who we are. I am the one who likes chocolate ice cream. I am the one who swims in warm oceans. I am the one who loves, who laughs, who cries.
We are free to choose. This door, not that one. Some opportunities will go undiscovered. It doesn’t matter because there are always doors beyond doors. Experience beyond experience. Until our eternal spark rejoins the consciousness, bringing an answer to the question: Who am I?
And the cycle continues. Eternally.
