2026: THE YEAR WE SIMPLIFY

Hello, dear ones of light and magic,

This is the year we stop overdoing.

The year we take a deep breath, soften the pressure, and finally come back home—to ourselves. Imagine wiping the slate clean on your health and wellness routine. Letting go of all the "shoulds." And instead asking:

What do I actually enjoy?

What supports me on a deep, intuitive level?

When we strip it all down, wellness becomes something we can actually do every day. It is not about a massive checklist or forcing ourselves into trendy routines. Because when we add too many steps, we end up doing none of them.

Let us return to what is doable. Gentle. Joyful.

Let us remember that rest is part of the equation too.

But so is showing up—mind, body, and soul—in a way that meets you where you are in the present moment.

That might look like: • Pausing to take 10 deep breaths • Going for a walk • Foam rolling

Every day is different; let us honor that.

Just by taking that moment to connect to your body and connect to your breath, you are making space where true wellness begins.

I used to want to be a runner—there was something about it that seemed so powerful and freeing.

But the truth was, I hated it. Every step felt like a countdown to when it would be over. I was not getting the runner's high. I was getting dread, discomfort, and disconnection.

That permission—to stop pushing and start listening—opened the door to something completely new.

That is when I found Pilates.

Pilates connected me back to my body. It helped me get present, slow down, and feel muscles I am not sure I had ever truly felt. Pilates taught me to connect to my breath—how it is a simple, free tool I can use whenever I need.

Each session grounded me more deeply, pulled me into the now, and reminded me that feeling strong does not have to mean pushing hard.

Then I found rebounding.

Jumping on that little trampoline made me feel like a kid again. Playful. Light. Alive.

And here is what is wild: after all that fun, my body started to let go of the inflammation I had been carrying for years.

I was not overworking my body. I was finally working with it. I had found tools that I could use that were sustainable on a daily basis.

Because the truth is, we move through different seasons in life.

There are times when we have the space, energy, and mental capacity to take on more—a longer routine, more structure, more discipline.

And there are times when life is full, the nervous system is taxed, or your body is simply asking for less.

In those seasons, simplicity is sacred.

It is not about doing less just because. It is about finding the rhythm that is aligned with where you are right now.

It is okay to start with one thing. It is okay if that one thing is simply listening.

If you are feeling lost or unsure where to begin, you do not have to do it alone. There are practitioners, instructors, and guides out there who will meet you right where you are. Take the time to fi nd one that is aligned with your truth.

Let it be the year you: • Move in ways that feel good • Ask your body what it needs—and trust the answer • Choose longevity over burnout

Even if the only thing you do every day is pause for one minute, take a breath, and ask yourself: What do I need today? How am I feeling? What can I take off my list?

That is enough.

That is where the healing begins.

That is where you come home to yourself.

May you always return to your breath, your body, and your joy.
